Erin Guidry
Erin brings 15+ years of Marketing, Content, Digital, and Editorial experience to the Nova*ei team. She assists clients in brand development, digital marketing, and external positioning to connect with target customers, demonstrate impact, and drive transformative change.
Erin creates original content and marketing campaigns that shape a compelling narrative. Her experience in Marketing and Communications runs the gamut and includes work with nonprofits, law firms, robotics manufacturers, health and wellness companies, retail businesses, consulting firms, and more.
Born and raised in small town Alabama, Erin relocated to New Orleans, LA at the age of 18 to attend Tulane University and found that it suited her so well, she never left. She lives there with her husband, two young sons, and a sweet but lazy old dog. In her free time, she enjoys baking, traveling, and writing. You can also find her every Mardi Gras dancing down St. Charles Avenue with her krewe, The Sirens of New Orleans.
Matt Lindsay
Matt applies his 20+ years of business development, marketing, impact finance, and strategic operations experience to advance the mission of Nova*ei clients and partners.
Matt previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Marketing and Operations at Quantified Ventures. As an executive leadership team member, Matt drove marketing, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives for the woman-owned B Corporation that builds, capitalizes, and scales investible solutions for people and planet. As COO, he reduced G&A costs from 39% of revenue to 24% of revenue. As VP of Marketing and Operations, he played a pivotal role in organizational growth from 16 to 39 employees, increasing revenue by 97% over 3 years, the establishment of a holding company, and the launch / go-to-market for 3 portfolio enterprises.
Matt came to QV from George Washington University, where he was the Assistant Vice President for Marketing Communications in the Division of Development and Alumni Relations. In this role, he managed a team working to engage 300,000 alumni worldwide and acquire / retain 20,000+ donors annually. Matt led the brand strategy, constituent engagement, and marketing efforts for GW’s first $1 billion fundraising campaign and played a key role in building the university’s digital strategy.
Prior to his time in higher education, Matt served clients as an account executive at the global public relations and strategic communications agency Hill+Knowlton.
He and his spouse reside in Washington, DC, with their two wonderful daughters. Matt serves on the Board of DC SCORES, a non-profit that provides young poet-athletes with the confidence and skills to succeed on the playing field, in the classroom, and in life. He loves to spend time exploring cultural and outdoor activities in the DC region with his family.
